About the June Campus The summer session of Golden Gate School will be held at Mills College. Mills, just 15-20 minutes from San Francisco, is in the Oakland hills just off I-580; Jack
London Square and Berkeley are a short drive away. Blending rural tranquility and urban stimulation, the campus' 135-acres of tree-shaded academic seclusion provide a perfect setting for learning.
Founded in 1871, Mills features scenic locations for photo demonstrations: Julia Morgan (Hearst Castle architect) buildings, Mission and Spanish Revival structures, and a distinctive,
contemporary chapel. The residence halls reflect
Mills rich California heritage and character with comfortable common areas that are ideal for study and relaxation.
