A program of the Hayward Area Recreation District, Photocentral offers classes in photography for amateur photographers and on darkroom techniques at their facility in Hayward. They also have a rental darkroom and gallery exhibiting photographic works. Most courses are held in the evenings.

North Bay Multimedia Association
An open community of new media professionals. Its mission is to provide a meeting ground to exchange ideas, learn about new techniques and technologies, be inspired, find business support, and socialize in a productive environment.
