About the Course This course is designed to be a very informative yet light-hearted class that will change they way you see weddings.
Today's bride is more exposed to fashion
photography wherever she goes. This class is designed to help you create a fashion look with your weddings, and then create stunning albums, overwhelming DVDs, and a website that distinguishes you as an artist.
The class will show you how to immediately begin using new technology to do this, without it being overwhelming. It will begin with an overview of the wedding day: posing vs. directing the clients, creative
lighting techniques, and quicker and more contemporary groupings for family groups.
These images will then be taken to post-production work which will be the bulk of the class. The first stage will be on
Multimedia Productions: taking your album designs and creating DVD-Video packages that incorporate video, photographs, and design elements timed perfectly to music
all to better accent your work. These multimedia shows can be simple or more complex, and can be used in the sales room, as sellable DVDs, on your website, even advertisements!
Lastly, the class will
briefly cover photographers websites: why to have one, Cox's proven system for using your website for easy and efficient web-proofing, and the secrets to using video clips on your site that can be viewed on PC or
Mac computers.
